After living and working in Nicaragua for years, I realized that although Nicaragua was blossoming as a tourist destination, it was still quite raw in terms of service. Since I live in the area and have lived in most of the developments myself, I knew owners of the homes, talked with guests who stayed there, and knew what the best was to offer. After helping several friends find killer beach houses and poolside condos with only the greatest accommodations, and my personal touch of service (eg. food and beer delivery, help booking boats, help with transportation, general tourist questions ) I realized that others were probably searching for the same kind of hassle free vacation.
